Hazzard Pay?

I am sure most of you have heard the news about the Milwaukee Journal Carrier getting shot this morning. I have always been suspicious if any thing like this have ever happened. When I started they told me to carry Mace. If only a concealed carry law was in effect! I'd be packing!
